The Premier league is no longer a competition. Warley may as well be given the trophy at their opening game of the season. There are too many current or former national league players, playing across only three teams within the premier league, namely Aston A`s, Wolverhampton (when at full strength) and obviously Warley who may as well be given the trophy at their first game.
I believe that a competative premier league would sell the sport far more than one where the same teams are vying for the trophy every year. Warley won yet again last year and a look at the history tables shows very little deviation from the norm over quite a substantial period of time.
I think a limit should be set on three current or past national league players per team in order to try and make the league more competative. It is no wonder our leagues have decreased, which i accept is in part due to the cost of things these days, but there is no competition for Warley or a full strength Wolverhampton side.
